Low Cost Approach

If we minimize costs, and it becomes easier for participants to join the meeting. Local and Regional Meeting Points (LMP/RMP) combined face-to-face communication with international connectivity for video conferencing systems .

Publications & Confernce Management

Starting in 2016 the pilot evaluates  the possibilities of an integrated versioning of publications , that shows the contributions of all  authors transparently . Furthermore the pilot focuses on providing open contributions to papers with in Wikiversity  with a quality assured publication of a release candidates of papers in existing Versioning System without costs.

Video Conference

As the video conferencing system we use open meetings of flesh meeting web browser supported video conferencing features . presentations are recorded , so that they can use at the same time ass capacity building material (see Tutorial Videos).

Open Source & Open Content

The Open Community Approach tries to facilitate and easy access to content and technology therefore we follow an underlying recommendation to produce all content for capacity building and publications in an open format that charges neither the author nor the reader of publications for accessing contenknowledge and technology .
