Screencast is another Options To Create the Video Presentation
The procedure in Steps 1-3 have the advantage, that the slides can be used in very modular way,

• Replace or Add a Slide
• Replace or Add an Audio Recording for a Slide

This improves reusablility for other video  presentation.  If you want to record your video presentation with audio commnets in on take, you might want to record the video as a ScreenCast Presentation. A ScreenCast is a video that records the content on the screen (Fullscreen or Area on the Screen) digitally without a real camera with additional audio comments. If you prefer that method you have just the following steps:

1. Prepare your Video as ususal in you Office Product of choice (e.g. LibreOffice)
2. Mark the area on the Screen you want to record. Use headset to talk and create the audio comment while you are recording the Screencast.
3. (optional) improve Video with Video Editing Software of your choice

The ScreenCasts are most appropriate for showing other users how to perform a certain Task with a Software or digital tool.
